Here are the dates for our club championship

Rd 1.. 29th Jan at Cwrt Henllys Farm, Henllys Cwmbran NP44 7AS sp from Cwmbran Stadium on A4051

Rd 2.. 27th May
Rd 3.. 3rd June
Rd 4.. 19th Aug
Rd 5.. 9th Sept
Rd 6.. 18th Nov

To qualify for the Club Championships you must have competed in 5 of the 6 rounds and be a member of our Club. Membership will be available up until Round 2 on the 27th May.

Presentation evening for last years winners will be on the 10th February at the Ynysddu Hotel. Full information and list of winners etc can be viewed on the ESW Blog HERE.

We will also be hosting a Welsh Championship on the 11th March, details to follow nearer the time.

Also, I have emailed the ACU regarding codes for licence renewal so hopefully will be able to clear the back log soon. Remember no club membership, no rewenal so get your membership card from me as soon as possible.

This year I will be asking to see your ACU cards before you sign your regs guys. So make sure you have them with you.

The weather was kind to all at Bowers farm, and the good sized entry seemed to have a good day..
Many of the sections were based in the rocky stream that flows through the wood and once water was dragged onto the roots and rocks some became very tricky.

Thanks to all that rode, observed and helped in any way for this event. The weather wasn't kind at all as after a week of sun the heavens opened on the morning of the trial and made the sections much harder than intended...

A great trial was had by all at Mynyddislwyn this weekend. The weather was a bit of a worry building up to the trial as it had rained heavily in the area for a couple of days, but the sections were mainly in and around the rocky stream bed and under heavy tree cover so they didn't suffer too much at all. Thanks to all the observers and of course the section setters who did a great job of testing everyone on all routes.

Pontypool DMMC ran a round of the British Youth A and B class Championship at Cwrt Henllys Farn, Cwmbran. Full results .. A Class. and B Class.

Thanks to T&MX and Trial Magazine the club received some good publicity from this event... full story and images were published. The icing on the cake was local lad Jake Evans-Luter winning the A class.

April 25th 2010, Cottage Farm. Rockfield. Monmouth.
A couple of rain showers interrupted the sun during the day, but these didn't affect the sections at all as many were situated in or just out of the rocky streams that run around the farm.
